agreements or solutions are mutually beneficial, mutually satisfying;
all parties accept and commit to the action plan;
sees negotiation as a cooperative, not a competitive arena;
based on the model that there is plenty for everybody;
one person's success is not achieved at the expense or of others.
It’s not your way or my way; it’s a better way, a higher way.
Simply Stated: Win/win means agreements or
solutions are mutually beneficial and satisfying.
