Leases and the Landlord/Tenant Code are important areas to both real estate licensees and property managers.  The course will provide licensees and property managers with information regarding leasing and the Hawaii Landlord/Tenant Code. THIS IS NOT MEANT TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH LEGAL ADVICE BUT TO FAMILIARIZE STUDENTS WITH GENERAL KNOWLEDGE.
